How do I return an item?
Claims and Returns Policy:
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from us. If you would like to return or receive a credit on any defective or missing items, please contact customer service and we will be happy to take care of you!
Customers who wish to return merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with the item(s) may do so within 10 days from the date of receipt. Please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Company reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Shortages, Damages, and Defective Goods:
Purchaser is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at time of delivery. Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing items must be reported to Company’s customer service representative within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Please inspect shipment and packing slip closely as it indicates which items were shipped in the package(s).
Out of Stock and Backorders:
Cape Coastal Design prides itself in keeping sufficient quantities of most items in our catalog in inventory. However, due to unpredictable order patterns, we may run out of some items from time to time.
Any unshipped merchandise totaling $100.00 or more may be back ordered unless “no back order” is specified. All back orders of less than $100.00 may be canceled. All back orders may be canceled at 60 days unless otherwise specified on the order. Please call or email our customer service department for any cancellations or reinstatements.
If you have submitted your order and wish to add, remove, or substitute items, you may do so by contacting Company. If you wish to change your existing order, you may need to place an additional order depending on the current status of your order. Any changes to an existing order may delay the processing and shipment.
